7,000 al Qaeda members killed or captured in past two years. All we ever seem to get from the mainstream media is negativity. Therefore, when I come across a positive story about the war on terror, I feel compelled to pass it on. According to a coalition spokesman, U.S. and Iraqi forces have killed or captured at least 7,000 Al-Qaeda fighters in the past two years, with 30 "senior leaders" taken out of action since July.
